GE Logiq P5 Monitor showing NOT CONNECTED

I have a GE Logiq P5 when i give power monitor showing message NOT CONNECTED. Can someone guide me what is the problem?

Hi Mohammad
Your monitor shows that message because has no signal, first open back cover of the monitor probably it will have a VGA or DVI connection unplug that connection and connect it to a laptop with a video cable,,, just to verify if the monitor is fine, if it is good,,, check video cable, pc inside the equipment.

After checking the monitor,if its working properly,possible cause would be the video card or graphics card of the machine
